Each year Noveum appoints a number of Graduates onto its Graduate Programme.
These typically have degrees in:
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Mathematics
This is a two-year programme targeted at developing your skills and experiences in order that you can play a full part in the work undertaken by the company and also help you towards chartered status with a relevant institute.
The key elements of this programme include:
- Allocation of a mentor-normally a fellow of the IET
- On the job training
- Offsite skills training
- Regular reviews on progress
- Targeting assignments to broaden your skills
At the end of your two-year programme you will move to an Engineer with additional responsibilities on assignments.
