Time away from the workplace is vital to retain balance and freshness. Noveum offers 30 days annual holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays and encourages all staff to make the most of their allocation.
Staff are eligible for inclusion in the Noveum Annual Bonus Scheme. This is the way that we include staff members in the success of the company. Running on an annual basis in line with the financial year you are allocated a % of the profits which are paid after the completion of each financial year.
We encourage all members of staff prepare for later life and to join the Noveum Pension Scheme. This is a money purchase scheme, where you as a staff member contribute and the company matched that contribution up to 6% of salary. This scheme also provides death in service life cover of 4 times your salary.
When you join the company on a permanent basis you will be entitled to join the Company Non-contributor Healthcare Scheme. This scheme is administered by one of the largest private healthcare providers in the UK. Your cover can be extended to include your partner and children.
Each member of staff will on joining the company receive training in the processes that you need to follow to do your job. This will include our QESH procedures as well as Business Processes. This will be followed throughout your career at Noveum with formal training and on the job coaching to ensure you have the skills to get the job done.
Noveum Days are when everyone in the company does something together away from the office. They can be a formally arranged day such as a discussion on Business Planning or they could be an impromptu event such as spending the afternoon over lunch in our favourite place maybe to celebrate the award of a contract. Alternatively, we ask a member of staff to set a challenge for the rest of the group.
The greatest benefit that the company offers is flexibility on the hours that members of staff work. You will be contracted for 37.5 hours per week, worked nominally from 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 12:30 on a Friday, we are more interested in the output you achieve rather that the input. If you need a morning off to do something in your personal life, that’s fine but meet your timescales for deliverables.
